Installation and Activation

Installation

  1. Download the ElkTracker archive from your dashboard.
  2. Extract it to your SD card at /roms/ports/ElkTracker/.
  3. Boot your device. ElkTracker will appear in the Ports section.

Activation

On your first boot, ElkTracker writes a file called elktracker.id to the SD card. You'll need to activate your license before you can create projects.

  1. Boot up Elktracker once, then power off and remove your SD card.
  2. Go to elktracker.app/activate on any device with a browser.
  3. Log in with your purchase email.
  4. Upload the elktracker.id file from your SD card (found in the directory you installed to).
  5. Download elktracker.lic and copy it to the same folder.
  6. Reboot, or go to Settings → ACTIVATE and press A.
