Quick Navigation
On the Chain, Phrase, or Instrument screen, hold Select and press R (Dive) or L (Back) to jump to the next or previous item in the parent list without going back up a level:

This lets you audition or edit a sequence of chains or phrases quickly without navigating back to the Song or Chain screen each time.
