Phrase Length

Each phrase has its own step count (1–16). Navigate up from row 0 to reach the LEN header; edit with A+↑↓ or A+←→ (both step by 1); B resets to 16. Steps beyond LEN never play; their row-number gutter dims to show they're out of range, the note/instrument/FX content underneath stays visible at full brightness if it's already there from a longer setting.

The LEN row sits outside the step grid, so copy, cut, paste, and dive all skip over it.

Polyrhythm tip: set channel 1's phrase to LEN 8 and channel 2's to LEN 12 for a 2:3 feel. All channels run independently (see Screens), so any combination works.
